Airbnb Cleaning in Enfield (EN)
Your last guests checked out at eleven, left wet towels on the bathroom floor and a sink full of mugs, and the next ones arrive at three. Our Airbnb cleaning in Enfield covers that gap with a full turnover between check-out and check-in: beds changed, essentials restocked and the place ready for photos. We work for hosts and property managers across EN.
Send us your listing details, your check-out and check-in times and how guests get in, and we’ll come back with a quote. Call 020 4634 5302 or email us.
What a short let turnover clean covers
Every turnover follows a checklist we agree with you for that property. It’s a reset for the next guest. Deeper jobs like oven interiors or carpet extraction are booked separately, so routine turnovers stay quick and predictable.
Kitchen
- Worktops, splashback, hob and cupboard fronts wiped and degreased
- Fridge and cupboards checked for guest leftovers, open milk and half-eaten takeaways
- Dishwasher emptied or washing up done, with crockery and glasses put back where your setup photos show them
- Microwave inside, kettle and toaster crumbs cleared, bins emptied and relined
- Sink and taps cleaned and shined, floor vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
- Toilet, basin, bath and shower cleaned, with separate cloths for each area
- Shower screen squeegeed and limescale treated, hair cleared from the plughole
- Mirrors and chrome left streak-free
- Fresh towels and bath mat laid out, toilet roll replaced
Bedrooms and living areas
- Beds stripped, mattress protector checked and fresh linen fitted with tight corners
- Under beds, behind sofa cushions and in drawers checked for lost property such as chargers, earrings and the odd passport
- Remote controls, light switches, door handles and bedside tables wiped
- Floors vacuumed and mopped, cushions and throws arranged to match your listing photos
Final staging
- Your consumables restocked: hand soap, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, tea, coffee and any welcome items
- Heating set as agreed, windows closed, lights off, keys returned to the lockbox
Linen and restocking without running short
We use your linen and your supplies, and we tell you before anything runs out. Most hosts do best with three full sets per bed: one on the bed, one in the wash and one spare for back-to-back bookings.
Laundry is agreed when we quote. We can strip and bag used linen for your laundry service to collect, or run a wash in the property’s machine where the turnaround allows it to dry properly. Damp sheets folded into a cupboard will smell by the next guest, so we won’t do that.
For a hotel-style finish, pressed and matching sets make the biggest difference. We’ll make the beds crisp and square, but bobbled or faded linen will show in photos however well it’s fitted.
Owner checklists and reporting after each clean
After each turnover we send a short report with photos of the finished rooms. We’ll also note anything you need to act on:
- Damage, such as a cracked glass, a burn on the worktop or a wine mark on a rug
- Missing items from your inventory
- Maintenance problems like a dripping tap, a blown bulb or a slow-draining shower
- Lost property, bagged and labelled
- Stock that’s running low
We don’t repair damage, but prompt photos help if you need to raise a claim with the booking platform within its deadline.
Extras and jobs we quote separately
These aren’t part of a standard turnover, but we can add them on a separate visit or when there’s a longer gap between bookings:
- Oven cleaning when grease has built up inside the oven, on the racks and on the door glass
- Carpet and upholstery extraction, planned for a gap between guests because carpets can take several hours to dry
- A periodic deep clean covering skirting boards, inside kitchen cupboards, behind appliances and extractor filters
- High-level dusting, external windows and balconies
Some problems need more than cleaning. Black mould that keeps coming back usually points to condensation or damp, and that’s a job for a surveyor or a ventilation fix. Pest activity, damaged finishes and anything hazardous need the right specialist. We’ll tell you honestly what we see.
How booking a turnover works
- Tell us about the property. Send us the bedrooms, bathrooms, number of beds, your linen setup, check-out and check-in times and how often you’re booked.
- We agree a checklist and quote. Listing photos help us see how you want each room presented. The scope and price are agreed upfront.
- We sort out access. Lockbox, smart lock code, keys with a neighbour or a concierge desk: we agree the arrangement in advance, along with how keys are returned.
- We schedule around your calendar. Send us bookings as they come in, or share the calendar, and we’ll plan each clean inside the turnaround window.
- We clean, check and report. Before leaving, we check the work against the agreed list and send you the report.
If something in scope has been missed, tell us promptly and we’ll arrange to put it right. We’ll confirm how re-cleans work when you book.
What changes the price of short let cleaning
Every quote is free and comes with no obligation. The main factors are:
- Size: the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and beds to change
- Condition: a couple’s weekend stay is a very different job to a group birthday
- Linen and laundry: whether we’re bagging it, washing it on site or both
- Restocking: a quick top-up of loo roll or a full welcome-pack setup
- Frequency and turnaround: regular turnovers are easier to schedule than occasional ones
- Access: parking, stairs without a lift, and how keys are collected
See our pricing guide for how we put quotes together.
Keys, parking and guests’ things in Enfield
Parking is the thing most hosts forget to mention. Controlled parking zones around town centres and stations in Enfield can eat into a tight turnaround, so tell us if there’s a permit, a visitor voucher or an allocated bay.
For flats, let us know about communal entrance codes, where the bin store is and whether the building has rules about recycling. If you allow pets, say so when you book. Dog hair in sofa seams and on bedding takes extra time and the right vacuum attachments.
Occasionally guests haven’t left by check-out time. We’ll wait or come back as you prefer, and we won’t start cleaning around someone’s open suitcase.
Cleaning properly between guests
- Separate cloths: colour-coded cloths for toilets, the rest of the bathroom and the kitchen, so nothing crosses over
- Right product, right surface: no acidic limescale remover on marble or natural stone, and wooden floors get a damp mop rather than a wet one
- Contact times: disinfectant on high-touch points like handles and taps is left for the time on the label, then food-contact surfaces are rinsed so they’re safe to use
- Eco options: available on request, with each product checked for your surfaces
- Fresh air: windows opened during the clean where it’s safe, then closed and locked before we go
We bring our own supplies and equipment unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Our cleaners are vetted and insured.
What hosts tell us
“Two-bed flat, usually back-to-back weekend bookings. The photo report after each clean is the bit I’d miss most. They spotted a cracked shower tray I hadn’t noticed and I got it fixed before it leaked.” Daniel R., Enfield Town
“Our guests had left the oven in a state after a Christmas stay, so we booked an oven clean on top of the usual turnover. They told us about the low coffee pods too, which saved me an embarrassing message.” Hannah M., Bush Hill Park
“Keys are with my neighbour and it’s all worked fine. Beds look right every time.” Kwame O., Enfield Highway
Airbnb cleaning FAQs
Can you do same-day turnovers between check-out and check-in?
Yes, that’s what most turnovers are. We plan each clean around your check-out and check-in times. Last-minute bookings depend on availability, so send them over as soon as they come in.
Do you supply the linen and toiletries?
No, we use yours. We’ll change the beds, restock from your supplies and tell you before anything runs low.
What happens if guests leave the property in a bad state?
We’ll photograph it and let you know straight away. If the clean needs more time than the agreed turnover, we’ll discuss it with you before carrying on.
How do you get into the property?
Usually with a lockbox, a smart lock code or keys left with a neighbour. We agree the arrangement in advance and return keys exactly as you ask.
Do you cover the whole EN area?
Usually, yes. We work across Enfield and the wider EN postcodes. Send us the address and we’ll confirm.
Can you get the place ready for new listing photos?
Yes. A deep clean and careful staging before the photographer arrives is often worth booking. Clean grout, clear worktops and well-made beds all show up in photos.
Will you clean during a guest’s stay?
Yes, by arrangement. A mid-stay clean for longer bookings is quoted on the same basis, with times agreed with you and the guest.
