Book a cleaner in Enfield – Scope and price agreed upfront

Book a Cleaner in Enfield

You can book a cleaner in Enfield by phone, by email or through our booking request form. Tell us the property, the job and the dates that suit you. We’ll come back with an agreed scope and price, then confirm everything in writing before anyone arrives.

There’s no automatic checkout and no live calendar here. Every booking is checked by a real person, so the cleaner turns up with the right time, the right equipment and the right task list.

Call 020 4634 5302 or email info@cleaning-enfield.co.uk to request a booking.

What happens after you send a booking request

  1. You send the details. Use the form, email or phone. The more we know at this stage, the fewer questions we’ll need to ask later.
  2. We check the job and the date. We look at what you’ve asked for, how long it’s likely to take and which cleaners are available on your preferred days.
  3. We agree the scope and price. You’ll know exactly which tasks are included and what’s being charged before anything is booked in. If the job needs photos or a quick look first, we’ll say so.
  4. We confirm in writing. Your booking confirmation email sets out the date, arrival window, address, task list, agreed price and access arrangements.
  5. The clean goes ahead. Our cleaner works through the agreed list and finishes with a check against it.

If you’re still comparing options and aren’t ready to pick a date, it’s often easier to request a free quote first and book once you’ve seen the figures.

What to include when you request a cleaning booking online

A good booking request saves a lot of back and forth. Here’s what helps us most:

  • Your postcode and property type. A one-bed flat above the shops in Enfield Town is a very different job from a four-bed semi in Bush Hill Park.
  • Size. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and anything extra like a conservatory, loft room or downstairs WC.
  • The type of clean. Regular, one-off, deep, end of tenancy, after builders, or commercial.
  • Current condition. Be honest. A kitchen with months of grease on the hob and extractor takes longer than one that gets wiped weekly, and we’d rather plan for it than run out of time.
  • Your task priorities. If the bathrooms matter most, or the inside of the fridge is the job you’ve been dreading, tell us.
  • Preferred dates and times. Give us two or three options if you can.
  • Access. Whether you’ll be in, leaving a key, using a key safe, or arranging collection from a letting agent.
  • Photos. For one-off, deep and after-builders jobs, a few phone photos of the kitchen, bathroom and worst room help us price accurately.
  • Anything we should know. Pets, allergies, delicate surfaces like natural stone or unsealed wood, preferred products, or parking restrictions on your road.

Choosing a cleaning date and time in Enfield

Tell us when suits you and we’ll tell you honestly what we can do. Availability depends on the job length and our existing bookings, so we can’t promise a particular slot until we’ve checked.

A few things worth knowing when you pick a date:

  • End of tenancy cleans work best once the property is empty. If furniture is still in, cleaners can’t get behind or under it, and you’ll be paying for a clean that can’t be finished properly. Book for after the removal van, and before the inventory check-out with some breathing room.
  • Carpet cleaning needs drying time. Carpets are usually damp for several hours afterwards, depending on fibre, ventilation and the weather. Don’t book it for the morning you’re moving furniture back in.
  • After-builders cleans should come after the trades have finished, not between plastering and painting. Fine dust settles for a day or two, so a clean done too early often needs repeating.
  • Offices, shops and other commercial premises are scheduled around your opening hours where possible, often early mornings, evenings or weekends. Let us know when the building is open and when it’s alarmed.
  • Short notice is sometimes possible, but it depends on who’s free. Ring rather than email if the date is close.

We cover Enfield and the wider EN postcode area, from Enfield Lock and Ponders End to Gordon Hill, Forty Hill and beyond. Send your postcode with the request and we’ll confirm we can reach you.

Adding extras to your booking

Some tasks aren’t part of a standard visit because they take extra time, specialist equipment or both. You can add them when you book, or ask us to include them in the quote:

  • Oven interiors, racks and glass door (our oven cleaning service covers this in detail)
  • Inside the fridge and freezer (defrost the freezer before we arrive)
  • Inside kitchen cupboards and drawers, which need to be empty
  • Interior windows, frames and sills
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • Mattress cleaning
  • High-level dusting above normal reach
  • Balconies and patio areas

Extras are priced and agreed before the visit, never added on the day without asking you. If you’re unsure what a standard clean includes and what counts as an extra, our room-by-room cleaning checklist sets it out.

Your booking confirmation email

Once the details are agreed, we’ll email a booking confirmation. Check it carefully, because it’s what our cleaner works from. It will cover:

  • Date and arrival window
  • Full address, including flat number and any entry code
  • The agreed task list and any extras
  • The agreed price
  • Key, access and parking arrangements
  • Anything specific you’ve told us about pets, products or surfaces

If something’s wrong or missing, reply straight away and we’ll correct it. It’s far easier to fix a confirmation than to fix a visit. Payment arrangements are also confirmed at this stage, so you know what to expect before the day.

Rescheduling a booked clean

Plans change. Moving dates slip, builders overrun, and kids bring home colds. If you need to reschedule a booked clean, contact us as early as you can by phone or email and we’ll look for the next date that works.

Any notice period or charges for late changes are explained when you book, so there are no surprises. For regular cleaning, if you’re going away, let us know which visits to skip and we’ll keep the rest of your schedule in place.

Getting access sorted before the day

Most booking problems on the day come down to access. Sort this when you book and the clean starts on time.

  • You’re at home: just let us know if there’s anything about parking or getting in, like a side gate or a communal door buzzer that doesn’t work.
  • Leaving a key: a key safe, a neighbour or a trusted spot all work, as long as we agree it in advance.
  • Tenancy and rental properties: if the letting agent holds the keys, tell us the branch and who to ask. Check whether they need keys back the same day.
  • Commercial premises: we’ll need alarm codes, a contact name and details of any areas we shouldn’t enter.

Our cleaners are vetted and insured, and they bring their own supplies and equipment unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Eco-friendly products are available on request.

Booking an end of tenancy clean

This is one of our most time-sensitive bookings, so it’s worth planning. Send us a copy of the inventory or any cleaning requirements from your agent, and we’ll build the checklist around it. We’ll focus on the things inventory clerks typically check: limescale on taps and shower screens, grease on the extractor hood, marks on skirting boards, and the inside of the oven and fridge.

Cleaning can’t fix wear and tear or damage, and no cleaner can promise a deposit return. What we can do is give the property a thorough clean against an agreed list. Read more on our end of tenancy cleaning page.

If something in scope gets missed

Our cleaners finish every job by checking it against the agreed tasks. If you spot something on the list that’s been missed, contact us promptly with a photo and we’ll arrange to put it right. We’ll explain how re-clean requests work when you book, including how soon you’ll need to report anything.

What customers say about booking with us

“I emailed on a Sunday with photos of the kitchen and two possible dates. The quote came back clearly listing the oven and fridge as extras, which I appreciated, and the confirmation had everything in it, including the key safe code.”

Hannah R., Bush Hill Park · Deep cleaning

“Our move got pushed back a week and I was worried about losing the slot. One phone call and it was moved. They also told me to wait until the furniture was out, which was good advice.”

Daniel O., Enfield Highway · End of tenancy cleaning
