Cleaning Services in Enfield for Homes, Rentals and Workplaces
Cleaning Enfield provides cleaning services in Enfield and across the wider EN area: weekly house cleans in Bush Hill Park, end-of-tenancy work in Enfield Town flats, offices and shops along the A10 corridor, and warehouses out towards Brimsdown. This page lists every service we offer, explains how they differ, and helps you pick the one that matches your job before you ask for a quote.
All our cleaners are vetted and insured. We bring the supplies and equipment unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Every job starts with an agreed scope, so you know what’s included before anyone arrives.
Which cleaning service do I actually need?
Choose by the state of the property and the reason for the clean, not by the name of the service. Most people fit one of these situations:
- The house is in decent shape and you want it to stay that way. Book regular cleaning.
- It’s been months, or it has never been properly done. Book a deep clean first, then move to regular visits.
- You’re moving out and there’s an inventory check. Book end-of-tenancy cleaning.
- The builders have just left. Book an after-builders clean. Fine plaster dust needs a different approach from everyday dirt.
- One area is the problem, such as the oven, the carpets or a limescaled bathroom. Book that service on its own or add it to a wider clean.
- It’s a business. Commercial cleaning is scheduled around your opening hours, and larger sites usually start with a walkthrough.
If you’re still unsure, send us a few photos and a short description. We’ll tell you honestly which service fits, even when it’s the cheaper one.
Home cleaning services
These services cover day-to-day upkeep and the bigger occasional jobs in houses and flats across Enfield.
Regular and domestic cleaning
Regular cleaning runs weekly, fortnightly or monthly from a priorities list we agree with you. A typical list covers wiping kitchen worktops and the hob, cleaning the bathroom and toilet, vacuuming and mopping, dusting reachable surfaces and emptying bins. If you’d like the same cleaner to learn how your household works, domestic cleaning suits ongoing home help. We can work around pets, school runs and keys left in a key safe.
Deep cleaning and one-off cleans
A deep clean reaches the build-up a routine visit doesn’t: grease on cupboard doors, grime behind the toilet base, skirting boards, door frames and light switches. It takes longer and is quoted separately. We often recommend one before regular visits start.
A one-off clean suits a specific need, such as before family arrive, after a party or ahead of a house sale viewing. Our sparkle clean is a thorough top-to-bottom refresh for when you want the whole place looking its best for an occasion.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Kitchen cleaning focuses on the greasy jobs: extractor hood and filters, tiles behind the hob, the fridge, the microwave and cupboard fronts. If you want inside the cupboards done, empty them first so we’re not working around tins and packets.
Bathroom cleaning deals with limescale on shower screens and taps, soap scum, grout lines and the area around the toilet pedestal. Enfield’s hard water builds scale quickly, so heavy deposits can take more than one treatment. We’ll tell you what to expect before we start.
Eco-friendly cleaning
Eco cleaning uses lower-impact products on request. We check each product’s suitability for the surface, because some natural cleaners, vinegar in particular, can damage natural stone and certain finishes. Tell us about allergies or sensitivities when you book.
Moving and tenancy cleaning
These services cover a property between occupants, when the standard is set by an inventory or an agent rather than by you.
End-of-tenancy and end-of-lease cleaning
End-of-tenancy cleaning follows a room-by-room checklist based on your inventory or your agent’s cleaning requirements. It covers inside the oven, inside the kitchen units, limescale, skirting boards, window sills and the areas behind appliances where we can safely reach them. End-of-lease cleaning works the same way for leaseholders, commercial leases and anyone whose agreement uses that term.
Cleaning can’t repair wear, scuffs or damage, and no cleaner can guarantee your deposit back. What we can do is clean thoroughly to the agreed list, which is what checkout clerks are looking at.
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Move-in/move-out cleaning suits homeowners and buyers. You might want the place clean before your furniture arrives, or you might be leaving a property and want it presentable for the new owners. An empty property is the easiest time to clean inside wardrobes and kitchen units.
Airbnb and short-let turnovers
Airbnb cleaning covers changeovers between guests: bed changes if linen is provided, bathroom reset, kitchen wipe-down, rubbish removal and a quick check for anything left behind or broken. We agree key handling and timings around your check-in and check-out windows.
Specialist cleaning
These services cover jobs that need particular equipment, products or drying time. They’re quoted separately and aren’t part of a routine visit unless we’ve agreed it.
- Oven cleaning: racks, glass door panels, interior walls and the hob, with time allowed for baked-on carbon to soften.
- Carpet cleaning: hot water extraction for fitted carpets and rugs. Carpets are usually walkable within a few hours but need longer to dry fully. Open windows help, and it’s best not to move furniture back straight away.
- Upholstery cleaning: sofas and chairs, after we’ve checked the fabric care label. Some fabrics only tolerate dry methods.
- Mattress cleaning: surface cleaning and extraction for marks and general freshness. We’ll be straight about which stains are likely to shift and which won’t.
- After-builders cleaning: builders’ dust settles on every ledge and keeps falling for days. We use HEPA-filtered vacuums, damp-wipe surfaces and work from top to bottom, often over more than one pass.
- Window cleaning: interior glass, frames and sills, plus reachable exteriors. High-level or difficult-access windows are assessed first.
- Disinfection cleaning: disinfecting high-touch points such as door handles, switches, taps and shared equipment, using suitable products and contact times. This reduces germs on treated surfaces. It doesn’t produce a sterile environment.
Commercial cleaning services
For commercial cleaning services in Enfield, we work around your premises: early mornings, evenings or quieter days, depending on what keeps your staff and customers undisturbed.
Offices and general premises
Office cleaning covers desks and keyboards, kitchenettes, washrooms, bins, and vacuuming under desks where crumbs collect. Janitorial services cover ongoing upkeep of a building: restocking washroom consumables, emptying bins and attending to spills. Communal area cleaning keeps shared hallways, stairwells and entrance glass presentable for residents and visitors, which helps managing agents with blocks in Enfield Town and Ponders End.
Shops, food businesses and gyms
Retail cleaning focuses on what customers notice: fingerprints on shop windows and doors, floors at the entrance, fitting rooms and counters, all done before opening or after close. Restaurant cleaning supports your own kitchen hygiene routines with front-of-house, washroom and kitchen surface cleaning. It doesn’t replace your food safety procedures, and it can’t guarantee an inspection outcome. Gym cleaning deals with sweat and grip marks on equipment, mats, changing rooms and showers.
Schools and warehouses
School cleaning works around timetables and holiday periods. Holidays are the natural time for deeper work on floors and classrooms. Warehouse cleaning covers offices, welfare areas, washrooms and floor areas on industrial sites around Brimsdown and the Lea Valley. We agree site rules and access before the first visit.
What we clean, and what we don’t
We’ll tell you before the visit, not on the day. As a rule:
- Routine visits don’t automatically include oven interiors, carpet extraction, high-level work, external windows or inside appliances. These can be added and quoted.
- We don’t handle hazardous waste, sharps, mould remediation beyond surface cleaning, or biohazard clean-up.
- We can’t repair damage, remove permanent staining or bleaching, or restore worn surfaces. Where a stain or mark is unlikely to come out, we’ll say so.
- Tell us about delicate surfaces such as marble, unsealed wood, antique furniture or specialist flooring, so we bring the right products.
Can I combine several services in one booking?
Yes. Combining services is often the sensible option. Common combinations include:
- End-of-tenancy cleaning with carpet and oven cleaning
- A deep clean followed by fortnightly regular visits
- After-builders cleaning with window cleaning once the scaffolding is down
- Office cleaning with periodic carpet or upholstery cleaning
Let us know everything you need in one enquiry. We’ll plan the order sensibly, for example cleaning carpets last so nobody walks dust over them, and agree a single scope and price upfront.
Availability and booking slots
Availability depends on the time of year and the size of the job. End-of-month tenancy changeovers and the weeks before Christmas book up fastest. Regular visits are easiest to arrange with a little flexibility on the day. Short-notice slots are sometimes possible, but we can’t guarantee them, so ask as early as you can.
We cover Enfield and much of the surrounding EN area, including Enfield Town, Bush Hill Park, Gordon Hill, Enfield Lock, Enfield Highway, Ponders End, Forty Hill and Hadley Wood. Check our coverage page or send us your postcode to confirm.
